Unicenter CA AutoSys JM™ - Release
11 for Window Server - Basic Training Duration: 3 days

Course Description:
This course is designed to teach basic functions of
Unicenter CA-AutoSys JM™ Release 11 running on a Windows Server operating system.
Students will learn system components,
utilities, implementation procedures, how to code JIL for job, monitor and
browser definitions, maintaining calendars and alarms. The use
of the scheduler console to monitor and control job streams and boxes will be
covered for the operators. Also included in this training program is the new
Bi-Directional Scheduling with the mainframe running one of CA's mainframe
scheduling solutions, such as Unicenter CA-Scheduler JM™, Unicenter CA-7 JM™ or Unicenter CA-JobTrac JM™. Upgrade
training is also provided for those clients upgrading from prior releases using
the new
UWCC
(Unicenter Workload Control Center)
interface for administration of the database and monitoring of Boxes and Jobs.
Audience:
The audience consists of the
CA-AutoSys™ Administrators, Operators, Production Control Staff and anyone who desires operational knowledge of the
scheduling software.

running Unicenter CA-AutoSys JM™ on both platforms, customized training can be
provided to cover both operating systems in one course.

Mainframe to Server:
If the
students have mainframe scheduling product experience on Unicenter CA-7 JM™ or
Unicenter CA-Scheduler
JM™,
customized training is provided with mainframe to server
product comparisons.
